Mostly my problems with English is my vocabulary which is weak as i cannot think of good vocabulary to use during writing a composition.What works for you and what does not?
I try reading newspapers to learn more English sentence, words and it does help me a lot. But when i try read book i will forget it and sometimes does not understand the meaning of the sentence. After all i still think read newspapers and watching news help me the most.How much have you learned this year?
For this year, i learn not much as i seldom practice my English but i think i should work hard on it to achieved a good grade for exam.

As for this year i not very satisfied with my progress as i think there is much more room for improvement for my English.

The articles in newspaper are mostly reports. The vocabulary used is restricted to this type of format. If you are interested in writing stories during examination, you should try reading other types of materials.
ReplyDeleteIt is not easy to remember new words. You can try writing down the new words, and the sentences they appear in, in a notebook or post-it pad. Look at it everyday to memorise it. If you do not use it, you will not remember it.
Yes yes reading newspaper and news help us alot in our english.So it will improve and that all for today.

ReplyDeleteHey Kai Jit, no offense but you seem to be also weak in your grammar. ^^ Work on your grammar and your range of vocab should be able to increase dramatically
